Located only 8 blocks from WSU Campus. This apartment is right across the street from a very nice park in a residential neighborhood. Plentiful street parking. Laundromat is close. Landlord pays heat, water, lawn maintenance, snow and garbage removal. Tenant pays for electricity and Wifi. Tenant is welcome to install their own window AC unit. All units have up to date smoke alarms and CO detectors installed for your safety. All of our units are non smoking. No smokers. We show apartments all days of the week including weekends with a respectful 24 hour notice to our current tenants. We may allow a small dog with additional deposit ($50) and additional monthly rent ($50). We absolutely do NOT allow cats. 1 month rent Security Deposit and last month’s rent are due at lease signing. Application with credit and criminal history check. Not Section 8 compliant.
